Will it connect automatically on a new form?
Yes. Save your first notification rule and FormPulse connects that form’s submission trigger. Google’s first-use permissions still apply. Submit one real response to confirm delivery.
Can I upload my own logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP image in the design step. FormPulse can match the template colours to your logo, and you can override them.
Can respondents receive a receipt?
Yes, when your form collects respondent email addresses and you enable receipts. Receipts are separate from internal alerts and exclude your team’s recipient addresses.
Is the billing preview a real checkout?
No. It is an interactive demonstration. It doesn’t collect card details, process payments, create subscriptions or upgrade an account.
Do you store a copy of my form answers?
FormPulse reads submitted answers to build emails. It doesn’t maintain a separate response database. See the privacy policy for details.
